- 09:00 – Mixology team day in Paris 11th (full-day format): a professional mixologist teaches two cocktails, then teams compete on the drinks they have made; a catering offer with breakfast, drinks and a three-course lunch can be included
- 19:30 – Dinner at Le Patio Opéra, Paris 9th, a short walk from the Palais Garnier, with banquet seating for up to 110 guests; the venue is listed as privatisable, with format and dates confirmed with the team on request, after a private transfer
