Domande frequenti
Can the group travel with its equipment by TGV?
Light equipment can travel with the team. For heavy or fragile material, we organise a dedicated road transfer ahead of the group so that rooms are ready on arrival.
What happens during a national rail strike?
We monitor strike notices and prepare an alternative by coach or flight for each leg. Coaches are pre-booked on the critical dates so that presentations stay on schedule.
Could we replace Marseille with Bordeaux or Nice?
Yes, the roadshow format adapts to any French city served by TGV or direct flights. We adjust the evenings and hotels accordingly.
