Bordeaux has one of the most codified wine classifications in the world, and access to a classified growth estate is limited by the estate's own calendar and its visiting policy. Most estates welcome corporate groups only by appointment, and many reserve their tasting rooms for trade or existing clients. We approach the estate directly on your behalf and confirm the programme only once it is accepted.
When a visit is organised, the day usually includes a walk through the vineyard, a cellar visit with the winemaking team, and a tasting of several vintages. A lunch in a private room or at a long table completes the programme, with food matched to the wines in consultation with the estate.
The day suits a client appreciation programme, a board reward or a leadership meeting that benefits from a slower, more focused setting. We can also propose a visit of other classified estates or a day trip to Saint-Émilion if the estate is not available.

- Classified estates set their own visiting rules. Many do not open to groups at all, so the estate is confirmed only once the request is accepted.
- Drink-driving rules are strict in France. A driver should be assigned, or the group should travel by coach.
- Visits involve walking on gravel and uneven ground in the vineyard. Comfortable shoes are recommended.
- Wine tastings can be tailored to the group, but the estate decides the wines served.

You can express a preference, and we will approach that estate first. However, access is decided by the estate, so we propose two or three alternatives when a first choice is not available.
How long is the trip from Bordeaux?
The Médoc and Saint-Émilion are a short drive from Bordeaux city centre. Journey times depend on the estate and on traffic, and are confirmed once the programme is set.
Can a lunch be held at the château for a large group?
It depends on the estate's capacity and on the lunch format. Some estates offer a private room, others host a single long table. We confirm the arrangement with the estate before any commitment.
