West Pavilion is designed for programmes that combine training, workshops and coaching. Its 37 meeting rooms cover the usual formats, from classroom sessions and design thinking workshops to one-to-one coaching and IT courses on specific software.
The informal, themed rooms are a deliberate choice. Layouts are looser and less boxed-in, so teams can talk, sketch ideas and challenge each other. Plenary sessions take up to 80 people.
Soft-skills and hard-skills programmes, tool roll-outs and change initiatives all fit here. The French DMC coordinates the logistics and administration from the first briefing to the closing session.
