Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should a sales incentive in Paris be booked?
Privatised venues, rooftop terraces and gala dates are the constraints that set the timeline in Paris. We suggest starting several months ahead, and earlier for autumn and December dates, when many venues are already booked. Availability is confirmed in writing before the programme is secured.
Is the programme suitable for this group size?
Yes, for 60 to 80 people. The Lupin investigation accepts groups of 4 to 104, and the rooftop aperitif is offered from 15 participants, so the group fits within the limits of each element.
What is included, and what can be adapted?
The hotel, venues, visits and activities are chosen for the objectives of the group and can be adapted in format, timing or menu. Airfares, VAT and any item not named in the quotation are excluded from the indicative figures.
