Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should a leadership seminar in Paris be booked?
A palace hotel and a private garden lunch both depend on the calendar, so we suggest starting at least four months ahead and fixing the dates before requesting the atrium dinner and the restaurant tables.
Is a group of 20 to 40 suitable for The Peninsula Paris?
Yes, for working sessions and receptions. Ballroom capacities differ between sources, so no figure is given here and the set-up is confirmed with the hotel. The programme is built as a seminar rather than a large plenary.
What is included, and what can be customised?
Each dinner, activity and evening is a separate quotation line, so the rooftop cocktail or the writing workshop can be exchanged for another format. The atrium and restaurant tables are confirmed in writing according to availability.
