Frequently asked questions
Which venues suit a confidential product reveal in Paris?
Hôtels particuliers, galleries, private dining rooms and rooftops can be hired exclusively. We plan access, staff and technical teams under a non-disclosure framework agreed with the client.
How long does a launch like this take to prepare?
Three to five months are advisable for a mid-sized event, longer if a bespoke set is built. Exclusive venues are often booked well ahead.
Can the programme include journalists from several countries?
Yes. We organise airport welcome, interpretation, press kits in several languages and separate interview rooms, so each journalist can work efficiently.
