A cooking team workshop in Paris for 10 to 45 people, held in the 3rd or 11th arrondissement and lasting about three and a half hours. Teams work as brigades to prepare the recipes set by the chef, who guides each step. Work stations are ready on arrival, so teams can start as soon as they are briefed.
The workshop ends with a shared meal: the seasonal menu is served with wine, still and sparkling water, followed by coffee, tea or herbal tea. Several menus are available, including a vegetarian option, so the programme can be adapted to your group.
