For a corporate group, a sailing outing offers a rare combination of physical participation and calm conversation, which suits a team or a board that wants a break from the meeting room. The skipper chooses the course according to wind and sea state, and explains each manoeuvre as it happens.
Depending on the boat and conditions, the group can take the helm, handle the sails or simply sit back on deck. The outing is planned for the morning or late afternoon, when the wind is usually easier to read. Refreshments can be arranged on board on request, and the group can end the day at a seafront restaurant.

How it works
- 1We confirm the date, group size and boat type with the skipper, and check the forecast for wind and sea state.

- 4The group returns to port, and the programme continues with a lunch, an aperitif or a transfer back to the hotel.
Good to know
- Sailing depends on wind and sea state. The skipper may change the course or the departure time for safety reasons.
- Closed, non-slip shoes, sun protection and a light waterproof layer are advised.
- Motion sickness affects some people. Guests who are prone to it should take advice before boarding.
- Spring and autumn are often the most comfortable months, although the coast can be windy at any time of year.

No. The skipper explains each manoeuvre, and participants join in only at the level they are comfortable with.
What if the weather is unsuitable?
The outing is moved to another day or replaced by a coastal walk or an indoor session. We keep the alternative ready once the date is set.
Can the outing be combined with a dinner?
Yes. Many groups finish the day at a restaurant on the seafront or in the old town, which we can book on request, subject to availability.
