Day 2 – Decisions, escape game and walking rally
- 09:00 – Second board session: votes, committee decisions and review of the action plan
- 12:30 – Lunch at Bateau Le Calife, Paris 6e, on request and subject to availability
- 14:30 – Augmented reality escape game in the park of the Château de Nanterre, Hauts-de-Seine, 1.5 to 3 hours, with teams using a tablet for interactive 3D challenges on a sustainable development theme; a transfer from Paris is quoted separately
- 19:30 – Walking rally on Île de la Cité and Île Saint-Louis, with teams of five or six following a map and answering questions on the historic heart of Paris, about 2 to 2 hours 30 minutes

Price drivers: one night at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme (rates by season, quoted on request), the reception, the dinner aboard the barge, the lunch at Bateau Le Calife and the activities. Indicative per person excluding VAT: the escape game from 55 €, and the walking rally from 45 €, with the VAT basis confirmed on the quotation; the lunch at Bateau Le Calife from 67 € per person excluding VAT, depending on the format, subject to availability. Private hire of the barge is quoted on request.

How far ahead should a board seminar in Paris be booked?
Confirm the board dates as early as possible, since small confidential rooms and a barge for dinner are limited. We suggest at least three months ahead, with the reception, the barge dinner and the lunch booked in the same quotation.
Are the rooms at Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme suited to 20 to 25 directors?
The small rooms, Cornaline and Saphir, are used for board meetings and breakout groups. The Améthyste ballroom, of about 162 m², is better suited to receptions. The plan and set-ups are confirmed with the hotel before quotation, because room counts differ between directories.
What is included, and what can be customised?
Venue hire, the dinner aboard the barge, the escape game and the walking rally are separate quotation lines, so any of them can be replaced by another evening or activity. Restaurant tables are subject to availability and are confirmed in writing.
