Day 1
Day 1 – Bordeaux and arrival in the Médoc
- Arrivals by TGV at Bordeaux Saint-Jean (about 2 hours from Paris) or by air at Mérignac (about 30 minutes to the centre), with private transfers
- 12:30 – Lunch at a Belle Époque table in the city centre
- 15:00 – Private walk in Bordeaux, Place de la Bourse and the Grand Théâtre district
- 17:00 – Transfer by private vehicles to Pauillac (about 1 hour)
- 20:00 – Welcome dinner at the château hotel's restaurant, overlooking the vines

Day 2
Day 2 – A classified growth estate and a cellar dinner
- 09:30 – Visit of a classified growth estate: vineyard, winemaking team and cellar
- 11:30 – Tasting of several vintages, led by the estate team
- 13:00 – Lunch in a private room of the estate
- 15:30 – Free time at the hotel, spa treatments or a walk on the Route des Châteaux
- 19:30 – Cellar dinner with wines matched to each course and a discussion with the cellar master, where available

Day 3
Day 3 – Saint-Émilion and farewell
- 09:00 – Departure for Saint-Émilion by private vehicles (about 1 hour 15)
- 10:30 – Blending workshop at a Saint-Émilion estate, from individual varieties to each guest's own blend
- 13:00 – Farewell lunch at a château restaurant overlooking the vineyard
- 15:30 onwards – Private transfers to Bordeaux Saint-Jean station (about 45 minutes) and Mérignac airport (about 1 hour)

Indicative figure for 24 participants over three days with two nights in a château hotel, covering lodging, all meals with wines, the estate visits, the cellar dinner and private vehicles. Estate fees vary with the house and the vintages tasted; travel is quoted separately.
Frequently asked questions
Can we be sure of visiting a classified growth estate?
Not until the estate has accepted the request. Classified growths receive groups by appointment and follow their own calendar, so we approach them directly and early, and propose a second choice so that the programme is not left at risk.
When is the best time to go?
Late spring and September to October are the most pleasant. The harvest, usually from mid-September, is lively but the estates are busiest; we advise a date shortly before or after it for the most relaxed visits.
Is the château hotel large enough for 24 guests?
The château hotel in Pauillac has 28 rooms, so a group of 24 can be hosted almost exclusively, which gives the stay its private character. For larger groups we combine it with a second address in Bordeaux or the Graves.
