常見問題
How many hotels are needed for 400 delegates?
We usually combine two or three hotels of comparable standing close to the venue, so that shuttles remain short. Room blocks are negotiated early, since autumn trade fairs strongly affect Lyon availability.
Can the gala take place in the old town?
Yes, through a route combining the traboules and a seated dinner in selected venues. For 400 guests the group is usually divided into waves, a point we organise carefully with the venues.
Is Lyon easy to reach for international delegates?
Lyon-Saint-Exupéry airport has direct connections with many European hubs, and Part-Dieu station is about two hours by TGV from Paris. Both are linked to the city centre by rail or coach.
