For a corporate group, a private section of beach is one of the most memorable settings the Riviera can offer, provided it is organised with the right operator and the right season.
We work with beach operators and event teams that hold the required concession and can set up a dining area, lighting and a reception bar. The programme usually starts with a sunset drink, moves to a seated dinner and ends with music or a short speech, with the timings adjusted to the tide and the wind.
Because public beaches in France are governed by local rules and seasonal concessions, every date is confirmed in writing before the event.

How it works

Good to know
- Beach operations are seasonal, usually from spring to early autumn. Outside this period, we propose an indoor terrace instead.
- Wind and sea conditions can change the set-up at short notice; a covered alternative is always agreed.
- Amplified music is subject to local noise rules and must end at the time set by the municipality.
- Access to beaches is public in France, and a private area must be marked and staffed by the operator.

Beach evenings are generally held from late spring to early autumn, when the operators are open and the weather is suitable. Exact dates depend on each operator's season and the municipal rules.
Can the whole beach be reserved?
Public beaches cannot be closed to the public. We reserve a defined area of beach through a licensed operator, and the boundaries and access are agreed with the operator and the municipality.
What if the weather turns?
Every beach evening has an indoor or covered alternative confirmed in advance. The client decides on the switch, usually a few hours before the start, after a check with the operator.
