The champagne region is a short journey east of Paris, and its houses have cut chalk cellars that stretch for kilometres beneath Reims and Épernay. A dinner held in one of these cellars, or in a room connected to them, is one of the most distinctive evenings a French region can offer a corporate group.
We work with houses that open their cellars to groups for evening events, and with local caterers used to serving in cool, low-light spaces. The evening starts with a guided visit of the cellars, then a champagne reception and a seated dinner, with champagnes paired to each course.
Only houses that have confirmed evening access in writing are proposed, and the programme is adapted to the house's own schedule and rules.

ご留意事項
- Cellars are cool and underground: guests should bring a layer and wear comfortable shoes on uneven floors.
- Access to cellars for evening events is granted by each house and can be restricted on certain dates.
- Champagne is alcoholic; the group's transport and the drinks policy should be planned in advance.
- The houses are working estates; visits are guided and the cellar areas are not open to free movement.

よくあるご質問
How far is the champagne region from Paris?
Reims is about 45 minutes by TGV from Paris Gare de l'Est, and Épernay is roughly an hour by train and coach. Groups usually travel by coach from Paris for the evening and return the same night.
Can a dinner be held inside the cellars?
Some houses host dinners in the cellars and others in a room linked to them. The format is confirmed by the house, and the cellar dinner is only proposed where it has been agreed in writing.
Is there a non-alcoholic option?
Yes. Non-alcoholic pairings, such as teas or juices from local producers, can be arranged for guests who do not drink alcohol.
