Les Belles Perdrix de Troplong Mondot

The restaurant of Château Troplong Mondot, in the Saint-Émilion appellation. The cooking follows the estate's 6,800 m² permaculture garden and local suppliers, about 80% of them within an hour's drive. Chef David Charrier has led the kitchen for more than ten years, with pastry chef Adrien Salavert, named 2026 French Dessert Champion. The house states there is no signature dish, only a menu that changes with the garden.

A three-day reward trip for 24 guests between Bordeaux, the Médoc and Saint-Émilion. Guests stay in a château hotel on the Route des Châteaux in Pauillac, about one hour from Bordeaux, spend a day with a classified growth estate and finish with a blending workshop in Saint-Émilion. Access to the estates is by appointment and confirmed only once accepted by each house.

The restaurant does not publish a group or privatisation offer. Requests are handled by the château's hospitality team, who confirm availability and format. We recommend asking well ahead of the harvest and autumn season.

Which days is the restaurant open?

According to the house, lunch and dinner are served Wednesday to Saturday, and dinner only on Tuesday. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday.
