Anniversary Gala Programme in Paris, 3 Days

A three-day anniversary programme in Paris for 60 to 120 guests, built around a gala dinner in the neoclassical hall on Place de la Bourse, a dinner on a Seine cruise boat and a treasure trail through Paris 20th. The group stays at the Ritz Paris on Place Vendôme, and the gala venues are all in central Paris, so transfers stay short. A climate orienteering course near Fontainebleau requires a transfer outside the city. Dates, menus and music are confirmed on quotation.

This three-day annual convention in Paris is designed for around 500 delegates: a plenary at a major congress venue, parallel workshops, an awards gala in a historic setting and a farewell lunch. Paris offers the rare combination of large-capacity venues, a dense hotel supply and excellent international access, so the programme keeps transfers short and the agenda in the hands of the client.
