Frequently asked questions
How far ahead should a Paris convention for 500 people be booked?
Large venues and the best hotel blocks are usually secured twelve to eighteen months ahead, especially in autumn and spring. A shorter lead time is possible, but the choice of dates and venues narrows quickly.
Can the whole group stay in a single hotel?
Few Paris hotels hold 500 rooms, so the group is usually split between two or three hotels in the same district, with one registration desk and shared shuttles. This keeps walking distances short and rates under control.
What should be planned for an awards gala with 500 guests?
Choose a venue that can seat everyone at once, plan the coach rotation carefully and allow time for the stage set-up and a technical rehearsal. Historic venues often require early access for the production team and have noise and finishing-time rules.
