常見問題
Can delegates visit the European institutions?
Visits can be requested for groups, but they depend on the institution's calendar, security accreditation and delegate identity checks. We submit the request several months ahead and propose an alternative walking programme if it is not confirmed.
Is the Palais de la Musique et des Congrès suitable for 250 delegates?
Yes. The Schweitzer hall seats about 1,200 and the Cassin hall about 500 to 570, so a plenary for 250 can be staged in a well-proportioned room, with the exhibition spaces for lunches and coffee breaks. The site is served by tramway lines B, C and E.
How do delegates reach Strasbourg from abroad?
Strasbourg–Entzheim airport has European connections, and the TGV links Paris in about 1 hour 50. Many delegates also arrive via Frankfurt, Basel or Zurich and continue by train or coach, which we organise with a shuttle desk at arrivals.
