Bordeaux is the world's most famous fine-wine city, and its négociant houses and châteaux keep cellars that can host a group for a dinner. For corporate guests, a cellar evening offers something no restaurant can match: the chance to taste wines from the producer, hear how they are made and eat in the place where they are stored.
We work with wine houses and estates that open their cellars for evening events, and with caterers who understand food and wine pairing. The evening begins with a guided tasting, moves to a seated dinner with wines matched to each course and can close with a discussion with a winemaker or a cellar master, where available.
Bordeaux is about two hours by TGV from Paris, and the group is driven to the cellar from the station or the hotel.
目的
- Give clients or partners a deep understanding of Bordeaux wine
- Combine a guided tasting with a dinner paired course by course
- Host the evening at the producer, with access to the people who make the wine
流れ
- 1Selection of a wine house or château with evening access confirmed in writing.
- 2Transfer from Bordeaux Saint-Jean station or the hotels by coach.
- 3Guided tasting in the cellar, with wines from the house and the appellations of the region.
- 4Seated dinner with wines paired to each course, in the cellar or a nearby room.
- 5Optional discussion with a winemaker, then return transfers.
ご留意事項
- Wine cellars are working spaces; the tour and tasting must fit around the production calendar, which is busiest at harvest.
- Tastings are for adults; a non-alcoholic programme can be arranged for guests who do not drink.
- Drink-driving rules are strict in France. Transport should be arranged for every guest before the evening starts.
- Evening access depends on each house, and some estates only host groups on certain days of the week.
参考予算
Indicative, from €160 per person excluding VAT, for a guided tasting and seated dinner with paired wines. The price depends on the house, the wines served and the menu. Coach transfers from Bordeaux are quoted separately.
よくあるご質問
Can the evening be held in a château rather than a city cellar?
Yes. Many estates on the right and left banks host dinners in their cellars or in a room adjoining the vineyards. We propose the format that matches the group's needs and the estate's availability.
Which wines will we taste?
The tasting is built around the house's own wines and, where relevant, a selection from the region's appellations. We confirm the list in advance and adapt it to the group's interest and the menu.
How long does the trip from Paris take?
The TGV from Paris Montparnasse reaches Bordeaux Saint-Jean in about two hours. From the station, the cellar is reached by coach within 20 to 40 minutes, depending on its location.
